Weigle & Testerman had a hardware store on Water Street. This was a great hardware store that sold about anything you would need from paints and nails to sporting goods. You can see that they advertised a "Complete Line of Wilson" baseball and softball equipment, shoes and gloves. I remember going there with my dad to get hardware and I think he bought my first ball glove there.
The store was located were the Sicilia-Elower Dance Studio is now located. I find it odd that the address on the card is 312 Water Street, yet the dance studio address is 15 Water Street.
