Robert Harper Negatives

The photos in this album are scans of negatives taken by Robert Harper, he worked for the News Post for 45 years. There are several hundred negatives taken in Frederick County to review and scan over the next couple of months My thanks to Nancy Wine for making these negatives available for display. I will be adding a new section to the site featuring these negatives.
