This is the Thurmont Bicentennial and Homecoming Souvenir Program from 1951. This program gives a schedule of all the events held during the week of July 22nd through July 29th. As you will see the Bicentennial involved everyone from school kids to private homes to churches to businesses big and small. It's a good bet that hundreds of these programs were printed and distributed for the 1751-1951 Bicentennial Celebration in Thurmont.
