On the envelope, the negatives were stored in are the following names, Valentine, Beard, Rouse, Lawyer, Riffle, Eyler. I would assume these are the names of some of the guys seen here. The three men at the left are not wearing safety gear and might be locals just having a look at what was going on. All the others are wearing hard hats and are probably WMRR workers.
