Here's a little advertising piece from Redding Chevrolet in Thurmont. Redding was located on Water Street where the Antietam Auto Parts store is now located. This appears to be a plastic license plate cover that would have been attached to the front plate bracket. The rocket emblem dates this to the mid 1950's - 1960's. I can remember using four digit phone numbers for local calls.
