H&F RR Locomotive No 4 is shown in the Frederick Yard near the car barn on July 3, 1946. No 4 was a Baldwin Electric Locomotive 0-4-0 and was built in 1914. H&F RR Car NO 48 can be seen at the right. An Express truck is parked in front of No 4.
