H&F RR Motor Freight No 1, an ex-Capital Transit and ex-Washington Baltimore & Annapolis unit at Thurmont. No 1 is pulling a string of cars including the low sided gondola seen behind her.  The Western Maryland RR Freight house can be seen at the left and at the right is WMRR engine with the engineer looking out of the cab. No. 1 was the largest Motor Freight that ran on the H&F RR.
