H&F RR Line Car No 15 at the Frederick yard.This car had a platform on the roof used to service the overhead wires. No. 15 was a wooden Line Car built for the CG&W Railway in 1917 as CG&W No. 15 and acquired by the H&F RR in 1937. She was 32'-3" in length and had two Westinghouse 68 (40 Hp) motors with K-10 controls.
