Thurmont is at bat in this photo, does anyone know who the batter or the on-deck player is? In the photos I have that show the grandstand, it is always full.
In the background can be seen the large sliding board on the Thurmont High School playground. The sliding board is featured in the movie "Thurmont on Parade".
