The Methodist Church and parsonage on North Church Street. To the left of the parsonage can be seen the side of the old Thurmont Town Hall. In following years the church would go on to have several additions to the sanctuary as well as a rear addition with classrooms and offices. After the church moved to it's new Long Road location the property was purchased by the Thurmont Community Ambulance Service. Both the parsonage and the church were torn down several years ago and the ambulance bays were built on the site. The parsonage was located to the left of the ambulance bays and the church sat right where the ambulance bays are now located. The rear of the church including the classrooms and auditorium are still used by the ambulance company.
