Edgar Palmer is noted on the ad as the Agent and I think that Grayson was his father. Edgar served as Thurmont Commissioner, was a member of the Thurmont Water Company Board of Directors, as well as operating his Insurance Business. The alley between Carroll Street and Lombard Streets is named after the Palmer family.
