Western Maryland Engine 207 takes on water at the Carroll Street crossing in front of the trian station. All the people milling about are from a Rail Fan trip. On the left can be seen the WMRR freight station on the right the front of Stocksdale’s Mill. The watering station was fed by a water tower located on the North-West side of the Carroll Street crossing.
